Pachycephalosaurus
Pachycephalosaurus is a thick-headed herbivorous dinosaur that lived in the Upper Cretaceous era in the territory of the modern USA and Canada. Like its other relatives, Pachycephalosaurus was a bipedal animal with a body length of about 4.5 meters (15 feet) and a mass of approximately 450 kg. At the top of the skull there was a large dome, up to 25 cm high, which reliably protected his brain.
The back of the dome was bordered by a bony rim of short spikes and horns, lengthening at the top. The large, rounded eye sockets located at the front suggest that the animal had good binocular vision. The small muzzle ended in a pointed nose, the teeth were tiny, with leaf-shaped crowns.
