Manufacturer's warranty

We promise that our product will be of high quality, safe and will work properly if you transport, store and use it correctly.

The product warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of its manufacture. After the end of the warranty period, any repairs will be carried out for a separate fee under the service agreement

Warranty repair

If malfunctions arise due to our fault during the warranty period, we will fix them free of charge. However, travel and transportation costs are paid by the buyer.

If a defect is discovered, you need to notify us about it in writing within three days, describing what exactly does not work and under what circumstances it happened. If the defect is hidden and was not noticed upon acceptance, a report on its discovery must be drawn up within 5 days after its discovery and before the end of the warranty period, with the participation of our representative.

The quality of the components included in the delivery set is guaranteed by the manufacturer of these components in accordance with their technical specifications.

Non-warranty cases

If the malfunction is determined to be due to improper transportation, storage or use of the product, or an attempt to repair the product yourself, during the warranty period, we may refuse warranty service.

The warranty does not apply to parts of the product that wear out during use and which you will have to replace as they wear out.
